We have extensive quality control to ensure your items ship safely and securely to its destination. Even with these extra precautions, we do realize damages may occur upon delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, simply call Customer Care at 503-915-1008 or email us at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you.
